Product Defects or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage
Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as received (unless it arrived faulty)
Unwanted / Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’d like to return a product that is not faulty or damaged, you are welcome to do so within 30 days.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, these will be clearly noted on the product page.
