For remote areas or non-mainland addresses, additional delivery time may apply.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking information (where applicable) will be provided once your order is dispatched.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can assist.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may rearrange delivery or hold the item for collection.
If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details, a redelivery fee may apply.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (minus shipping costs, unless the error was ours).
