Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same working day.
  
• Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  

Delivery Services

• Standard Delivery (48 hours) – £5.99 for orders under £30.
  
• Free Next-Day Delivery – automatically applied to orders £30 and over.
  
• Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
  

Delivery Locations

• Delivery available to UK mainland only (unless otherwise stated).
  
• For remote areas or non-mainland addresses, additional delivery time may apply.
  

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking information (where applicable) will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  
• If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can assist.
  

Failed Delivery

• If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may rearrange delivery or hold the item for collection.
  
• If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details, a redelivery fee may apply.
  

Incorrect Address Information

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
  
• We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

• If a parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund (minus shipping costs, unless the error was ours).
